Devification is the IT recruitment agency of reputable Pixels & Code, a tech company that has been on the IT scene for over a decade. We've provided our clients with outsourced expertise and HR services for the past 12 years.

The role

We are looking for an experienced and creative HR expert to join our team.

  • Recruiting and hiring: This includes posting job openings, reviewing resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Onboarding: This involves orienting new employees to the organization and making sure they have the necessary tools and resources to do their job.
  • Employee relations: This encompasses maintaining positive relationships with employees, addressing concerns and issues that may arise, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Training and development: Responsibility for identifying training needs and creating employee development opportunities.
  • Compensation and benefits: This includes managing payroll, overseeing the administration of benefits, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Performance management (KPI): This involves setting employee performance expectations and goals, evaluating performance, and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Compliance: This involves staying informed about laws and regulations that affect the organization and its employees and making sure the company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Policy development: HR professionals may help create and implement policies related to various aspects of employment, such as work hours, vacation time, and harassment.
  • Strong communication: Interpersonal and mentoring skills in English

Your background

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in startups and development teams.
  • Effective experience in managing and evaluating performance with different evaluation methods (KPI)
  • Remote team HR experience
  • Being process-centric, having an eye for details, and being self-driven.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of accountability and responsibility
  • Should have a positive attitude and go beyond their tasks
