The role

Reporting to our Team Lead, you will be working in our team of high-performing recruitment members. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Explore further opportunities and clients using your relations
• Presenting our services to new clients
• Creating candidate attraction strategies
• Working together with your clients
• Placing candidates successfully with your clients
• Working closely with your team to source the best talent in the market
• Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for our client’s recruitment needs

Your background

• Previous recruitment experience with proven billing experience or technical qualifications within IT
• Positive, proactive attitude and the drive to succeed
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Proven capability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Hunger to commit to a role that offers an uncapped commission structure and excellent earning potential
• An engaging personality & quickly build rapport
• Strategic mindset - ability to think outside the box and create compelling employer branding stories for your clients
